Advantage Chemicals concentrated delimer rapidly penetrates and removes mineral deposits and hard water films, eliminating hard water problems. It cleans and brightens metals quickly and easily, saving time, work, and manpower. Advantage Chemicals delimer is formulated for multiple cleaning operations, like manually cleaning such kitchen equipment as stainless steel table tops, counters, and food preparation equipment.
When used as recommended, it does not chemically harm copper, iron, stainless steel, or glass. This product is recommended for removing hard water scale deposits and is satisfactory for use on stainless steel and cast iron surfaces found in dishwashing machine tanks. The formula emits no fumes or odors and is unaffected by temperature. Each 1 gallon jug has a safety locking lid to prevent tampering and keep the chemicals out of the reach of children.

We do not have a water softener at our restaurant, which causes a lot of lime build up in our dishwashers. Stared using this product a couple times a week (instructions on bottle), and it has made a big difference. Much better price than from other suppliers.
