This Advantage Chemicals 5 gallon low temperature concentrated dish washing machine detergent is specially formulated to produce clean and sparkling tableware. It attains excellent results in light to medium soil conditions where soft to medium water hardness conditions are available. Advantage Chemical's low temperature detergent is dispensed directly from the shipping container, thus eliminating messy spills and unsightly dish areas. For added convenience, this unique product is formulated to be dispensed through an automated injector system, assuring the lowest possible use cost. It should not be used in your dish washing machine to clean soft metals such as aluminum or pewter.
Perfect for kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and hospitals, this detergent woks best in temperatures ranging from 120 degrees Fahrenheit to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. For proper use, carefully open the container and insert the detergent pick up tube into the container opening. With everything in place, the detergent is automatically dispensed into the machine. When the container is empty, simply replace it with a new one to continue washing dishes with your low temperature dish machine.
