Sanitize your dishes with this Advantage Chemicals low temperature concentrated dish washing machine sanitizer! As a sodium hypochlorite based sanitizer, it provides sanitation in low temperature dish machines used in commercial and institutional food service operations. Low temperature sanitizer is a buffered product, which means it contains a high level of free alkali. This enhances its stability when compared to other chlorine products. Chlorine content aids in stain removal on plastic and china tableware. The chlorine content also provides soil removal during the wash cycle. Due to its concentrated nature, this sanitizer reduces rinse water surface tension to prevent unsightly spotting on glassware and flatware. It is safe for use on stainless steel, glass, china, porcelain and plastic. However, it is not recommended for use on sterling silver, silver plated items, or other soft metals.
Perfect for kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and hospitals, this sanitizer works to sanitize your dishes after the washing and rinsing cycles so you can promote a safe and clean environment. For proper use, carefully open the container and insert the sanitizer pick up tube into the container opening. With everything in place, the sanitizer is automatically dispensed into the machine. When the container is empty, simply replace it with a new one to continue sanitizing dishes with your low temperature dish machine.

Sometimes product descriptions can be a bit off so I was a little weary of buying this. What I can say for sure is that the product descriptions on Webstaurant are far from being wrong. This product works better than the description and it was easy to install. It gets the job done and I wouldn’t purchase another brand of dishwasher soap.

The shelf life of this product is highly dependent upon storage conditions. If the product is exposed to elevated temperatures or direct sunlight, the shelf life could be shortened. In normal conditions, this product will perform as anticipated for up to 120 days from the date of purchase. It is recommended that you use sanitizer test strips, such as Noble Chemical 373CHLORVIAL or 373CHLORTEST, regularly to ensure the available chlorine content within this product remains at a usable level.
