Instructions:

The Noble Chemical 'Blast'Liquid Oven & Grill Cleaner - Ecolab 10251 Alternative is Great.We use it to clean our grill daily .It dosen't burn our hands,and cleans well. Price is right.

This stuff is the best. It goes through any grease situation we have in the restaurant on fryers, grill, hood, floor, or other surfaces. It's a little on the pricier side, but worth it since you use less product to do the job

this stuff will take any grease off anything, recommend using gloves as this is a strong chemical product, it really cuts the grease out of the oven.
