Every commercial kitchen needs a strong degreaser and this Noble Chemical Knockout concentrated liquid heavy duty oven and grill cleaner is perfect for the job. Remove grease, oil, and carbon buildups from you kitchen equipment with this powerful, low foaming formula. Not only is it safe to use on ovens and grills, but this nonflammable, non-corrosive cleaner can also be used on concrete, machinery, engines, floors, and anything else not harmed by water! Highly effective and safe to use, this cleaner will brighten any kitchen by getting rid of unsightly and unsavory grease buildups.
Instructions:
Dilute the concentrate with water depending on the job requirement. Apply solution by mop, sprayer, sponge, or automatic scrubber and allow it to stand for several minutes. For heavy soil or grease, agitate briskly with a brush or aggressive pad. Wipe surfaces clean with a moist rag or sponge, or pick it up with a wet vac or mop. Rinse thoroughly with water, and avoid contact with windows or other glass surfaces.

This is a really good degreaser for regular cleaning. If you have a lot of caked on grease you will need something stronger at first then this would be good after.
