It features a fast-acting glycerin-based formula that provides you with a reliable, simple solution for thorough cleaning in institutions and commercial kitchens. This solution is non-flammable for the best in safety and peace of mind. It is made to be used specifically on chrome griddles, and is EPA Safer Choice Certified.
The product's easy application helps ensure effective cleaning by all workers. For the best results, pre-heat the griddle to 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, simply pour Griddle Kleen over your grill plate, immediately spreading and scrubbing the liquid across the griddle's top using a compatible griddle pad and holder. Squeegee or scrape any remnants into the unit's grease trap, turn off the griddle, and finally, rinse or wipe the surface with a damp cloth. To restore the original shine on your chrome griddle plate, use Noble Chemical Griddle Kleen Cleanser / Polish Powder as a final cleaning step. It is also recommended that you apply a thin coating of liquid shortening after cleaning to help prevent rusting.
