I only used this once for some gear work I have on a mixer. It seemed to do the job. It has a bit of a smell, so make sure you air out.

Works great for just about any light duty lubrication in areas that might come in contact with food. I use on my meat grinder, and food slicer. Also a quick spray on the accessory port of my kitchen aid mixer helps the accessories slide right in.

This is good stuff. It is a must for cutting down on friction where two materials are constantly coming together. i.e. An ice cream serving freezer. Found it sold locally and it was only 3 times as much. I will stick with Webstaurant Store.
